Privacy Policy

Miskies AI is a platform of AI-powered tools — flowcharts, quizzes, study guides, grading assistants, and more — that anyone can use, and that anyone can also build their own version of. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Miskies AI, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect only what's needed to run the service:

• Account information — your name and email address when you create an account or sign in (we use Auth0 to handle this; see "Third-Party Services" below).
• Content you submit — text you paste or type into a tool, and any files you upload (documents, images, PDFs, presentations) for a tool to process.
• Tools you build — if you create your own AI tool or agent, we store the instructions, configuration, and any sample content you provide for it.
• Usage data — which tools you use and how often, so we can enforce free-tier usage limits and understand which tools are useful.
• Device and log data — standard technical information like IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
• Cookies and similar technologies — including cookies used to serve ads. See "Cookies & Advertising" below for details.

We do not collect passwords directly (authentication is handled by Auth0) or track your activity on other websites outside of advertising cookies described below.

We use the data above to:

• Run the tool you're using — sending your input to an AI provider to generate your output.
• Authenticate your account and keep your saved tools and history available to you.
• Enforce free-tier usage limits and manage paid plans, if you have one.
• Maintain, secure, and improve Miskies AI.
• Show ads on certain public pages, which is how we keep most tools free to use.
• Respond to support requests.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content you submit to a tool to train our own AI models.

Miskies AI uses Google AdSense to display ads on some of our free, publicly accessible tool pages. This is how we're able to offer most tools for free without requiring an account.

Ads are only shown to visitors who aren't signed in, on public tool pages — not inside your signed-in account experience.

Google and its advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can learn more about how Google uses this data at Google's Advertising Policy.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time:

• Via Google Ads Settings
• Via www.aboutads.info if you're in the US, or youronlinechoices.eu if you're in the EU
• By adjusting your browser's cookie settings directly

Miskies AI relies on the following third-party services:

• Auth0 — handles sign-in and authentication. Governed by Auth0's Privacy Policy.
• Google AdSense — displays ads on public tool pages. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Multiple AI providers -- OpenAI / Anthropic / Google — process the content you submit to generate a tool's output. (Fill in the actual provider(s) you use here, with a link to their privacy policy.)

We don't sell your data to any third party.

When you use a tool, the text or file you provide — along with the tool's instructions — is sent to our AI provider to generate a response. We retain your generated results in your account so you can come back to them, and you can delete them at any time.

If you're a teacher uploading student work (for example, to a grading tool), please make sure you have the right to share that content and that doing so complies with your school's policies and any applicable student-data laws (such as FERPA in the US).

Miskies AI is not directed at and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Many of our tools are built for teachers to use with student work, but accounts are intended to be created and managed by adults. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information directly, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

You can delete individual generated results, tools you've created, or your entire account at any time from your account settings. When you delete your account, your data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

To request deletion by email instead, contact sarthakrastogi.ai@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my account".

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct or update that information
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Opt out of personalized advertising (see "Cookies & Advertising" above)

Data sent between your browser and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. We follow industry-standard practices to protect your information, though no system is perfectly secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll notify you by email or via a notice on the site.
